NERO

Talk to your business from Claude or ChatGPT

NERO exposes an MCP connector: your AI assistant signs in with your user, sees what you see and does what you allow. No exports, no copy-paste.

Setup

First: your company must have the “Connect with AI (MCP)” module enabled. If it is not in Settings, ask NERO.

Claude

  1. Open Claude (web, desktop or mobile) → Settings → Connectors → “Add custom connector”.
  2. Paste the URL https://admin.nero.xiltec.es/mcp and click “Connect”.
  3. The NERO sign-in opens: log in with your CRM user (password and two-step verification, or passkey).
  4. Choose the companies and the permission level, then click “Authorize”. Claude can now read and, if allowed, act on your data.

Claude Code

  1. In the terminal: claude mcp add --transport http nero https://admin.nero.xiltec.es/mcp
  2. Inside Claude Code type /mcp, pick “nero” and “Authenticate”. Your browser opens the NERO sign-in.
  3. Authorize as in Claude. Claude Code asks for permission before every action that changes data.

ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT → Settings → Apps & connectors → “Create” (or search for NERO in the directory once published).
  2. Enter the URL https://admin.nero.xiltec.es/mcp and complete the NERO sign-in.
  3. Choose companies and permissions. Actions that change data require ChatGPT developer mode.

Permissions

When connecting you choose the companies and one of these three levels. Each level includes the previous ones and is always limited by your CRM role.

Read data
Query customers, appointments, sales, stock, invoices, time records and everything else you already see in the CRM.
Create and modify
Add customers, appointments, deals or products, adjust stock and other reversible changes. The assistant shows you what it will save before doing it.
Irreversible actions
Send WhatsApp and emails, launch campaigns, issue invoices and delete records. Granting it asks for your password again, and every action requires your explicit confirmation.

What you can ask

The connector covers customers and pets, agenda, sales and cash, catalogue and inventory, invoicing, time tracking and absences, sales pipeline, campaigns, WhatsApp and blog: over 250 read and write operations, the same as the dashboard.

Security and data

Who can enable it?

NERO enables the “Connect with AI (MCP)” module at the company’s request. Once active, every CRM user connects their own assistant with their own credentials; nobody can do it on someone else’s behalf.

What can the assistant do?

Exactly what the user who authorized it can do, and never more: the same role and module permissions as in the CRM apply. If the user is staff, the assistant will not see invoices or payslips.

Where does my data go?

The data the assistant reads or changes is sent to the AI provider you chose and hold an account with (Anthropic, OpenAI…), under its terms. NERO does not control that processing and that provider is not a NERO sub-processor. See clause 4.5 of the Terms and the Data Processing Agreement.

How do I disconnect it?

In the CRM, Settings → Connect with AI, each user sees their connections and admins see the whole company’s; revoking takes effect on the next request. You can also remove the connector from Claude or ChatGPT.

Is there a log?

Yes. Every connection and every assistant operation is recorded with user, company, action and time, and NERO can block a connected application for security reasons.

Will it make data up?

The connector is designed so the assistant asks for what it does not know: if a piece of data only you know is missing (a phone number, the service for an appointment), the operation does not run until you provide it, and new records are shown for confirmation before being saved.
