Is there a lock-in period?
No. You pay month to month and can cancel anytime. You can also change plans or turn modules on and off whenever you want.
What is VeriFactu and does it affect me?
VeriFactu is the Spanish tax agency’s system requiring invoicing software to register issued invoices. Nero has it built in: you just upload your digital certificate once and, from then on, every invoice and receipt is sent to the AEAT and carries its QR code automatically.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Nero runs in the browser: the management panel from any computer and the POS from a tablet. All you need is an internet connection.
Can I use it across several locations?
Yes. Each location has its own register, inventory and calendar, and you see everything together or separately. Extra locations cost €10/month.
What about my data?
Your data is yours. Processing complies with the GDPR and we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you. If you leave, you take your information with you.
How long does it take to get started?
You can be up the same day. We set up services, staff and schedules with you during onboarding, and Business plans include online training for your team.
